Not enough information given. Condition? Tires? Appearance? Any repairs done? Problems with 4wd? All these affect price.

If that were close to me, I'd not hesitate to give $4000 for it. I just bought a nice original 5020 4wd with an AC loader, very similar condition to this one, for the seller's asking price of $2800!
