I recently bought a 175 that had been pull started for quite a while. Built new cables and the old starter just wasn't cranking it fast enough to start. Found this starter at Maple Springs Farms. Fits well and the Perkins fires up fast. Ordered it Monday morning and it was here Wednesday. Just gotta get rid of those yellow decals now.

starter looks good. If you want the ROPS cover Heitman salvage makes a perfect looking and fitting one. Nice buy

Congrats on your new tractor.   I would love to have one of them. Can't beat a nice diesel and that is a great size tractor.   What are your plans for it?

I know Heitmans makes the metal tops that go with the slanted ROPS. I have one for my 160, very, VERY nice piece. This 185 style of ROPS requires the fiberglass top which I don't know of anyone repopping. According to the parts books I have the 175"s came with both style of ROPS.

Is it new? What was the cost? I could use one as I have one with a broken nose cone.
