 Cut  the steering  shaft  and use  a  char-lynn  torque  generator.      Tony

run ps pump off fan belt,--weld pump mount to frame beside the engine, and use torque generator as Tony says!---I saved these from a BD-3 grader before it got stolen many years ago!! thanks; ac fleet
