I picked up a 110 front unload manure spreader at auction today. Looks like most everything is there, missing front control handle, jack and rh side cover. Wheels not original. Needs all new wood, but apron and slats look fine.

I've been looking for a manure spreader for a while. I may be interested.

I am going to guess this was at the Reinland auction? I didn't make it to this one, but was at their auction last Thursday.

You were less than 2 miles from my place last week....if the sale today wouldn't have been 46 miles away a lot more stuff would have come home with me. Most things went cheap....however we were all looking for a grease gun and none were to be found

I would keep it and fix it up, but I already have a 110.

I knew I was in your neck of the woods last week. Sure seems like a nice area. Seeing the mountaints sure reminded of where I grew up. I thought the auction wasn't too bad, the weather was nice. It sure beat spending the day in my cube at work. When I was leaving the auction heading to North 40 on Trent I wondered if I would pass your vegetable stand, but I didn't see it oh well.

I was the other direction, towards Cabellas...a mile west of the Idaho state line. You would have only seen orange....farmstand is closed.

Why would any body restore the dumbest piece of equipment is beyond me

I've gots a grease gun, oil can, and 2 used radiator cap off my 7080! and to sweeten the deal....I've gots a whole bucket of slightly used electrical connectors (if you run an ice pick down them, they can be re-used plus all the copper you gits out of them)!

The reference to the grease gun was the fact that most of the equipment looked like it hadn't been maintained very well. I did get lucky on a Howard Select-a-tilth tiller. It looked like it hadn't been used much, used it today and looks like it is the best of the 4 I have now! Bought a New Holland 675 manure spreader for $950, apron shows little wear, floor is rotted out, hooked it up to the tractor tonight and pto won't budge...now this could turn into a project....

guess everyone is entitled to their opinion, but oldoug on here gave us step by step pictures of a manure spreader restoration he did a few years ago, and it turned out a show piece to be proud of, and I am very much looking forward to having the time and money to restore one of my 110 spreaders. I've seen unrestored ones left out as lawn ornaments. They remind me of the good old days.
