Did anyone else participate in the ride this year? I thought I would get around and meet more folks, but for one reason or another that didn't happen. My wife got this entry for me as a Christmas gift, and I conned my brother in law into joining us. He has a nice Super MTA Farmall, and I was riding my Two-Twenty. The first day was a very long ride, about 80 miles they said. Just a little too long maybe, but the next 2 days were perfect. The Centerville area is very nice and the people couldn't have been any more friendly and welcoming. The rolling hills and abundance of pasture and interesting views made for a great ride. I can't say the ride went by without any trouble, I had the starter push button switch give up on me, my clutch is a little weak and the injection pump needs a rebuild because of hard starting, but it runs great when started. Hauling to the ride went well, and we only blew out one camper tire a couple miles from home on the way home. For as many things that could have gone wrong that didn't, I would count this outing as a success. I snapped a few pictures and have them on photobucket at this link:the first photos were of some preparation stuff. I tried to get photos of the other color tractors some, too.

My neighbor called about 7:30 pm and told me there were 500 tractors setting on Riverfont in Clinton. I didn't go over cause I can't walk too far and he said the roads were closed around there.
