I have a 185 and I my clutch went out on wed, before the clutch went out I noticed that the pto was running really slow. Is the drive clutch and the pto connected? I am ordering a new clutch and am wondering what else I need to replace while I have the tractor cracked in half. Should I also do the pto clutch? All advice it greatly appreciated.

The PTO is driven off of the foot clutch.  Therefore, if your clutch slips, your PTO will too.

While you are in there, you might want to replace the oil seal at the front of the torque tube, make sure the rear main seal on the engine is not leaking, and check your ring gear for excessive wear.
