Last year I had a problem with old AC loader (1800# bales)
A year later with $700 GB loader from salvage and a reworked hood and grill she is lifting fine. Doyle

Ouch. Its a wonder your front wishbone will handle the load! Looks better after repaint.

I dont think that was an old AC loader, unless it was an old trip bucket that somebody converted, AC didnt have the cylinders on top on the 400 or 500 series loader. A loader that I have seen curl the cylinders but not harm the arms or frame. If it was an old trip bucket that somebody welded to fit your 190 your lucky it lasted as long as it did , and didnt kill or hurt somebody in the process.

The front wishbone is from a donor 210 and will handle the stress ( kept breaking 190 spindles and rims as well as welding on A frame ) and the 8 bolt rims are nice. Yes it was a converted trip bucket that kinda worked till we bought the 780 New Holland baler last year. Doyle |

Its funny you say that. I was going to suggest you try that. I have seen it done a few times.
