I had the pressure washer out cleaning up the cattle trailer for the year, yes it is as fun as it sounds, so I thought I would clean up the two big boys and snap a couple photos. Before we got the 8030 I pulled a 21' 1200 field cultivator with levelers behind the 6080 with rear duels. Now the 8030 pulls a 30' 1300 field cultivator. It seems that the 6080 is quite a bit under rated from the factory, but the bigger cab and powershift on the 8030 are such a treat. Plus the 426 really barks with the muffler eliminator on.

Great pictures. If you took off the weights, you could drive them together until they just touch. The front grills would fit together perfectly.

I had them parked nose to nose in the shed and noticing that is what made me take them out for a picture. Wonder what made the designers do one nose one way and one the other?

I kind of felt guilty posting pictures with corn in the background as I know how bad some of you have it right now. In the northern half of the state we haven't been swimming, but have had just enough to keep things moving. In the picture the lawn is greener than it has been in weeks as we just got 1.5" on Tuesday, the first rain in several weeks. The corn you see is late corn the renter planted, probably two weeks afte everything else was in. His and my regular corn is some taller and tassled out now.
