how hard would it be to put a 426 in a 190/ has anyone ever done it?  just doin some thinkin , might make a nice pullin rig

I think you would run into a lot of broken parts pretty quick.  Depending on the year, some 190s with the lighter weight rear end, didn't hold the 2900s power very well, and we are discussing a lot of PD problems at the moment.  

Can it be done?  Yes, it's just a matter of dollars, and a good engineer/machinist/fabricator.

yes, i was definitly going to use a later 190 or 200 just for the heavier rear end
