I was talking to dad (Bill Gibson ) and relayed to him about the passing of Joe Dewane.
It got me thinking that there might be people here that worked for Allis during that era and  remember dad from a service school or through other contacts.
While we were growing up Allis demanded a lot from it's employees .Dad would be gone on the road for many of the family events that most other fathers attended.
We would see almost nothing of him in the fall.Winters he would be gone for weeks at a time in the states.
He's 82 now and is still able to spend some time visiting at the Red Deer ag show at the AGCO area.
Is there anybody left who remembers him?
