Please forgive me for bringing an international to an allis chalmers site,but I thought you guys would probably about the only place that might help me. I have an old farmall cub and wondered if anyone might could to tell me how to identify it such as year and model, I plan to restore it but don't know what engine parts to buy etc.

You should have a data plate on the right side of the tractor located on the front support near where the steering shaft goes in. Not too many changes in parts thru the years and not too many different styles. Suggest going to TM Tractor Parts for a education plus S/N break down.
