Got a 6060 with the 1 thru 4 gear shifter thats sloppy , i took the boot off and theres 2 dowels on each side that keep popping out - my question is what holds these in? If they are in its perfect but when they pop out it gets slooppy

We had the same problem with ours at about 5000hrs. If you ground a gear the least bit they would pop right out. I put new ones in and then put a gear clamp around them and have had no problem with them since. Probably about time to replace them again, kind of forgot about that happening till seeing this post.
