I have a 1964 D-19 with a factory 3pt. It has a 3 spool valve which 1 spool controls the lift arms, plus a lever on the steering column which also controls the lift arms. Not sure if this is normal or right? Besides that issue, my main problem is when I push the clutch down, my 3pt arms lower even without anything connected. I looked at a picture of another D-19 and noticed my tractor does not have a transport valve next to the 3 spool valve like it did. Not sure if that matters. If any one has any knowledge or help in this area it would be much appreciated. You can email me at rickfran2@hotmail.con Thanks Rick

I'm not sure, but the lever on the steering column might be the traction booster lever. Placement of that lever could change how the lift arms work?????????????

Thank you for your reply. I do have a traction boost lever also on the column just like my D17. Are you saying that it needs to be in a certain position to keep the arms from lowering when the clutch is pressed in? Thanks Rick

I run my d-19, But the traction boots gauge doesn't work both levers by steering wheel are down. The hold on the SC or 3 point arms should be the center lever of the three hydraulic controls to the left
