Hey guys, anyone know anything about this style of valve spring? Came out of a stock 8050 engine. Has the regular outer spring with a flat inner spring wound the opposite way. This is the second motor i've had these in.

I think those are the original style, outer spring with a damper inside. The new ones are a variable rate single spring. The coils are closer together at the bottom than they are at the top.

That style is on the exhaust of my 7060, but not the intake. Dont know when or why it got that way, just know how it is now.
