I need of one front and one rear hobbs light for an 8070. I want it to match my other ones. Does anyone know of a good retailer to go through for Hobbs lights who are now owned by Honeywell? Or does anyone have a good couple of used ones to sell? Let me know thanks. Also i did check agco and they can get them for 63 dollars just seeing if there is another route to go to buy new

Well, the factory units are a non replaceable bulb-throw away item. The Hobbs lights at the red dealer have replaceable "bulbs"(which is more like an automotive sealed beam) and are about $20 cheaper. The catch is that originals are the only thing with the rubber knob mount. Looks to me that the pivot/swivel bracket on the others could be made to work easy enough. And....you wont get the spade plug connection on "replacement". I just paid momma AGCO last year for one because it was easier.

I think I paid around $40 a light the last time I bought some from AGCO.

Shoup have the sealed unit you can just replace inside the plastic that holds the light in. I have used quite a few of them on both my Case IH and the 8000's we have. Much more affordable, I think in the $20 to $30 range and are just as good a light.
