I have found a D17 wide front end . My 17 is a series 2 is there a difference in these according to series or are they all adaptable.
Also what has a straight D14 tractor with wide front been bringing lately. THX, Jim

Jim - Series I & II D17's had a wishbone that is lighter and has rounded frame going toward the back pivot. Series III & IV have a heaver wishbone that has straight metal going back to the rear pivot. W/o going through the parts books I believe gas models should interchange between all of them. I also believe the same is true for diesel models except that the wishbones are longer due to the 6 cylinder engines making the tractor longer. That all said, my Series III gas has a Series I/II diesel wide front adapted to it. Not pretty but that's what the prior owner did. It works fine. Mike
