I would rebuild the one you have , then you know what you have and a reliable one. If you don't want to rebuild it your self , send it to Sandy Lake Implement.

Does your hand clutch slip...or is it frozen? Used hand clutches are hard to come by (especially decent rebuildable ones), and generally expensive when located.
Rebuilding a hand clutch is not that difficult (especially once you have it on the bench). A good shop press, a rivet setter, some feeler gages, Allen wrench for the 1/2 cap screws, and a machine shop with a good lathe (and operator) makes short work of the task. Rebuild parts (friction, rivets, springs, and balls) are readily available.
I can send you two pdf files with pictures on how I rebuild the clutch; pm me you regular email address and I will send them to you.
