Looks like it's getting close, less to do then has already been done. 
Now that you've done it, how much do you suppose it would cost to build them in multiples, like twenty at a time?

Assembly is curious and a PITA.
 
Among other things...
 
The sep housing is like unibody construction, its work to get everything square.
Then to put in the grain pain, you actually have to  disassemble to get it in. To put it in earlier would make it much harder to work the insides.
 
I wonder what the steps were at the factory...
