How do you like it?  I bought a 4310 new in 2004, it has been a good little tractor for me.

the 4200 been a great tractor wish i would have gone up to the 4300 and got the larger tractor by a little and the backhoe would have been bigger.  but i move everything i can hook up and have used the little tractor to pull a couple of truck stuck out of ditches.
this tractor is great in the woods i can run the 4wheeler trails and log all day with it. the only down fall i see is i wish the mower deck would spin faster ( i got to mow witha dixie chopper) i mow 9 acre with the tractor, i ended up turning up the fuel a little and didnt.

We had a very similar John Deere unit that plowed out our development during a heavy snow.  The one that did us was about the size of a B in hp but had all the latest items such as FWD, and a neat front end loader plow.  Did a good job too.
Unless you have an awful lot of snow that unit will do fine.
Good luck!

I didnt have much trouble in the heavy snow. but with the light snow and not ground freeze i cant run the front blade. even with the shoes down it still cuts in and moving way to much gravel. so the d17 back blade is what have been moving snow. and its not enought to move but i am running the old tractor and dont mind spending the money on fuel to run it :)
