Haven't been on for a few days due to my internet going down due to a faulty modem. Late Thursday afternoon I thought it might be down due to new construction in the area but it stayed down all day Friday. After several hours on the phone Saturday morning with At&T I finally convinced "tech support" that they needed to send a technician out. Took him less time to replace the modem that it did for me to get through all the bullcrap just to get to speak with a live person.
Just an old country boy saved by the grace of God.

Seems to be the new business model. Spend more time and money trying not to do anything, than if they just took care of it in the first place, and have a happy loyal customer that knows they'll be there.
