........I have sinned. Drove one of those green tractors today with a green mower behind it. Church needed about 5+ acres bush hogged and one of the deacons had his company drop off one of their units for me to use (saved me from hauling mine 60+ miles). That darn thing has too many switches and small levers with no wording, just pictures (Lou's pet peeve); took me 15 minutes to figure out how to operate it. But the air conditioning was nice!
Just an old country boy saved by the grace of God.

Neighbor who was a John Deere fanatic"I believe he has John Deere cereal bowls and toilet seats" asked me to drive one of his 2 cylinders in the local Heritage Day parade. Anyone who knows me would tell you that I am a picker and will pick on anyone given the opportunity! So I show up for the parade with my bright orange Allis Chalmers hat ! People in the crowd would yell" You got the wrong hat on"! My response was " I have the right hat on"! Neighbor didn't ask me to drive in the parade next year!

Hubert,
I am ok with what you did and you came clean, was for a good cause.
Oh boy I may really be in trouble too? Used the Ford Jubilee with the John Deere 272 groomer on it to mow for 5 hours yesterday at the tractor show grounds.
Can I be banned from the orange forum for this?? :)
Now at the same time I got a text from my daughter that she was going to do some brush hogging with the D17! That's my girl!
Regards,
 Chris

You came clean Hubert. You will be fine.
Just take a hot shower and wash that dirty feeling off
and then go apologize to your Allis. Possible repercussions.
