B112 Hitch Question

Hi I am thinking about purchasing a B112 and it has a hitch that I haven't seen before.  I think its a single point hitch from what I can find out through my research on the web.  What I want to know is if there is a way to convert this to a sleeve hitch or if sleeve implements can be used with this type of hitch.  I'm new to the tractor scene and just recently got into it.  Just need some info before I pull the trigger on this tractor.
