How should i go about changing my WF to a one wire alternator ? where to get the alternator and parts needed ? thanks

Play on 38 B 49 WF , working on D14, D15 B10, Bee 12 B110. use 185 and 190

Steve, NJ, probably has a kit. You'll need alternator, maybe a bracket, some wires, new battery cables to reverse the polarity, and an alternator pulley with a wide groove. You'll need to reverse the connections on the coil primary and the ammeter if it has one. You'll need to replace any lamps because now you will be 12 volts instead of 6 volts. Oops forgot that the coil needs a ballast resistor with resistance the same as the 6 volt coil primary resistance or a coil made for 12 volts.
If you don't get a kit you will probably have to make a bracket and most auto parts stores will have alternators, but not the wide pulley. Finding that wide pulley will take an automotive electric shop who can order it.

Don't forget- if your WF has battery-coil ignition, get a 12v coil that has internal ballast resistance...
Pretty sure Steve can get you an alternator with the right pulley... if not, Bill at Gillespie Auto Electric 563-289-4055 can set you up with the right pulley... or even the entire alternator, set up for low-speed self-excitation and 35A full output just off idle.

Thanks guys for the referrals! Tractorman, we can help ya out with anything you need. We have a nice CNC machined pulley for the wide belt in stock. I would leave the one wire Alternators to the Hotrodders. Put a three wire Delco "SI" on it. You'll be glad you did! Give us a call tomorrow. Glad to help ya out... (973)632-5596
