Butch - see you had the A back then too ---- I have a 185 that has block weifgts like that - but all the pictures I see of others have a rack of weights hanging off the front.
My you look young in that picture -- LOL.

Our series 3 has the starter weight and 4 flat slab weights.I have 4
extra slabs if anybody needs any....

There isn't a date on that pic DG but I have been guessing 1972-3  by  the wear and tear on the 190XT.  The A wasn't much to me in those days. There wasn't room for the A in the machine shed so it lived in the hay barn. When it got in the way it had to be drug out of the barn and we'd leave it out until there was room and drag it back in. Was 1999 before it got due repect and rebuilt.

I believe my 190XT sales brochure dated 1970 or 71 shows suitcase weights. I'd have to look to be sure.
