What are these brackets for?

What were these Eye-Hooks used for?

Would there be any problem with fuel flow with this filter?

Here are a couple pics of the front weight for those that asked.

Here are some of the 3 point.

you have a late model B those "pegs" are for the hydraulic cylinder. the "rings" are for use with the snap coupler on a B.

Personally I would not use an inline fuel filter like that. I only use the sediment bowl as a filter.

Unless your are the lead horse the scenery never changes!!

The eye hooks look to be in the right spot for a snap coupler and I'd guess all the pins with holes in them are for hyd. cylinders?

Thanks guys, would you suggest a bigger filter? I like having a extra filter to keep crud out of the carb but one that small bothers me.

Those cast pins with the funny shape on the final drive are also snap coupler pieces.

R.W Some of those brackets look like some snap coupler B stuff.
1 HYD cyl bolt on bracket, (I) bolts on foot rest, and are the draw-bar pins cast and (S) shaped. At second look you do have some snap (B) parts. The front weight is home made. I ya get up by Temperance stop by. I'm off exit 5 on US 23

Have a good one BILL P

As far as the filter is concerned, as long as the filter is designed for gravity feed (small engine/lawn mower type) fuel systems, you shouldn't have any fuel flow problems. It will help trap the debris that got by the sediment bulb.

I was wondering about them too, I didn't think I seen them on many B's before.
