Adam   It's a 895 loader that I was looking at.It was mounted on a case tractor so I would have to have the brackets modified. If I moved the loader farther back toward the rear you think it would solve the problem without moving the front axle forward?

I had the 8000 series brackets and they pretty much put the loader as far back as it will go....everything worked ok just had quite a bit of "hopping" when roading between farms, also lifting capacity is much better w/axle forward as it dosen't leverage weight off the rear as easy, If your just loading hay that won't be a problem though....as far as the loader its built very well and though it dosen't remove as quickly as other brands I would put it against anything for stoutness!!! (and the price is way better than westendorf) pictures of my setup a few pages back...search "loading junk" also had a thread 'bout the axle mod. search "8000 front axle"

Thanks for the inf Adam.I think I'll buy the loader but will probably not put it on the 8070 for the time being.Been waiting on a 6080 FWA in good condition but there not many around in my part of the country.
