we bought a allis I-40, loader really ruff lol did these have hand clutchs or a shutle or what, this doesnt have either and what are they worth

I own an I-40 Loader/Backhoe, not too familiar with what a shuttle is?
Mine has 4 speeds forward and assume it could go the same speeds in reverse.
I have a hand lever that push forward or reverse for direction.
Mine has a clutch for your left foot.
