I know where there's a CA torque tube, tranny, axles, and pto housing. I was wondering if the torque tube and transmission will change out in my son's C. How about the pto housing and hydraulic?

They sure will. The only problem that you would have would be with the hydraulic pump. the C has a two piston pump and the CA has three. You would need a C PTO housing and pump or a CA PTO housing and pump.  If you use the CA PTO housing and pump you would need the pan type seat. You would not be able to mix and match the final drives. You would have to use both the same.

We have C wheels, so C axles. The CA PTO is missing the pump. We have the C PTO and pump and we have a D12 PTO and pump. I guess the D12 hydraulic wouldn't fit under a bench seat.
