NO exactly, low volumn, high pressure. My B will put out 3200 psi and i doubt it puts out 1 GPM, probably half that. The CA design was similar, but pump was about twice as big so i guess less than 2 GPM. Big thing is the case only holds 8 quars of oil and you can only use about 2-3 qts so your output is about 2 GPM, for  15 seconds, then your out of oil.
Like them all, but love the "B"s.

 Steve, I was just thinking. If I lower my kift arms all the way down and lift them hydrauicly it only taks maybe 2 seconds to raise them all the way. If the cylinders are  2in diameter that is 6.28 cu inches for the pair that is 37.68 cu  when full if the cyls have a travel of 6 inches. These are just a guess as I've never measured them.So if it takes 6 seconds from fully lowered to fully extended that would make for a volume of 376.8 per minute . if 1 gal is 57.75 cubic inches devided into the 376.8 that gives roughly 6.5 gals per minute. BUT!!! that is my way of doing math and I may be missing something or leaving something out. Does this make sense to you or am I looking at it wrong? Thanks, Nat

Nat, the CA cylinders aren't 2 inches. They are simple displacement cylinders with no piston. The volume displaced is the volume of the rod that is moved, so you might want to re-figure. Probably closer to 3 gal/min.    Charlie

 The Hyd. manual doesn't give the volume but the max. psi is 4000.

Dennis, I'm sure that is a recommended max psi. I know for a fact those pump will more than double that for output pressure but I don't know how long the shaft and bearings will hold up. Anybody that wants to test the shaft and bearings can just add a quarter inch of shim to the relief spool and try to measure the output. Make sure you have a 10,000 psi gauge and that you disconnect your working traction booster gauge first. Don't ask me how I know:(

the D15 pump is 560 cu in and is about the same size configuration as the CA pump.

 I don't know why anyone would want to go higher than 4000 either. The biggest problem trying to use these hydraulics for something other than they where designed for is the lack of volume.
 I didn't want or plan to go that high. A poorly produced reproduction relief spool sold by an AGCO dealer caused the problem. I'm just saying much higher pressure is possible.
