Have no idea on the carb - it is all brass except for the float bowl.  Tractor used to set outside and got water in the bowl and froze.  Once froze the float was ruined.  Larry Swenson found me a float but somehow the needle was misplaced.

That's a Kingston L by your description. Norm Meinert, as stated above should be able to help you out.
