"The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended."

Somehow I doubt that....

You guys have no imagination.

A little PB Blaster here and there, a bit of JB weld, and a cheap can of TSC paint, and that baby will be good as new, and I can relist it and sell it for $15.00

But the condition is known.... Junk.

I wouldn't even pay the shipping on it. They would get more at the local scrap yard than it's worth.

I don't think the 99.6 % positive feedback could be right selling items like that.
Think for yourself and be your own expert. Be willing to change your mind; however, willingness to change your mind doesn’t mean that you will. Blindly following any path is the pinnacle of insanity.

Under the "Condition" section it says:
Used: An item that has been used previously. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended. This item may be a floor model or store return that has been used. See the seller’s listing for full details and description of any imperfections

"What it should say"

For parts or not working

An item that does not function as intended and is not fully operational. This includes items that are defective in ways that render them difficult to use, items that require service or repair, or items missing essential components. See the seller's listing for full details.

Looks like somethin' that would roll into my shop for a rebuild once in a while. I call that type of unit a "magic wand" rebuild. Some folks think you can actually repair something like that. You guys would get a good laugh if you hung in my shop and seen some of the "stuff" that comes in for "rebuilding". The entertainment value is pretty high sometimes.
