My B has 11.2x24's on the rear and 4:00x15's on the front. 10:00 was the original number but was replaced by 11.2. You will probably need new rear rims if you go to 11.2's from the 19.5's. I would like to see a picture of the 19.5's on your B.

maybe a misprint ?  I cant see 19.5 inch tires on 24 inch rims ! For a HYCROP i would think you want 28 or 32 inch rear rims. You should have the original 4 x 15 inch tires in front. If you put 3 inch blocks in the front and you want to maintain level, then you need 6 inch bigger rims in the back. So you can go with 28 inch rims with big tires like 12.4 wide, or use the larger rims 32 inch, with a narrow tire like the 9.5 to keep it somewhat level.
Like them all, but love the "B"s.
