We just finished fixing up a a 706 IH for my cousin, had some time so I snapped a few pictures.   New clutch and TA of course! New reverse park gear, and rebuilt the wide front end.  The german diesel motor seems fine, those were good engines.  oh , and of course new paint, and got the shifters to work as they should.

Ya did good, especially considering it wasn't Allis. LOL Does look sharp though.

Very nice, Chris.  I like those steps better than the factory ones (they look like ones off of a Year-A-Round cab).
