Hi, I have a good running Allis Chalmers B with a 3-Point and am considering do a little hobby farming with it. The fields that I am considering farming are all flat and sandy soil. I am considering planting corn, hay, asparagus and anything else you guys think would be fun and allow me to make a little cash on the side. I would even consider planting a few fruit tress. All told, I have 20 acres to play with, and another 100 or so that I could probably lease if I ever decided to. My question is, what is the largest implements that I could use? Plow, disc, planter, fertilizer spreader, hay rake, manure spreader, something to harvest the corn, etc....? Because of the light front end, I would probably prefer pull behind implements, but would consider both types. Any suggestions, pictures, or even links to google images would greatly be appreciated! I would like to purchase implements on the large size, just in case I ever purchase a larger tractor in the future. Thanks! |
