I got this disc at an auction today. I was hoping to get it cheaper, but things seemed to go high. I gave $570.00 for it, but it is in nice shape. Not one nick in any of the blades. It was the only piece of Allis ezuipment on the sale. IH 1206 brought $18,500.00. Eight row wide cultivator brought $2000.00, I think. 7 section drag with cart- $1500.00, and of course there is sales tax on auctions in South Dakota, which I think is a rip-off. There is no tax on auctions in Iowa.

We bought a 2300 about 2 years ago. Its a light disc but it does what we bought it for. Yours looks nice and you got a good deal. My only complaint is the clevis hookup seems pretty weak and we have done much work to ours to get the slopp out of it. Ryan

It looks good to me.  If the bearings are good, and they should be considering the paint still on the disks, you got a good deal.  A good finishing disk, not heavy enough for some work but should serve you well.
