My 185 has developed a noise that I think is clutch related. It is way slower than engine more like ground speed and the clutch is a bit "grabby" hard to let out smoothly. It is kind of a slap slap sound - mostly at slower RPM. Don't hear as much faster or loaded. Where to start (besides this forum) Thanks

If it makes the noise setting still and idling, I guess power director plates are warped. I when you let out on cltuch, probably throwout bearing. HTH Tracy Martin
