HELLO
 I AM REBUILDING A BLACK BELLY 7060 ENGINE, WHEN I REMOVED THE ENGINE FROM THE FRAME I SAW AN ELECTRIC FUEL PUMP MOUNTED IN THE CHANNEL FRAME, THE OLDER 7060'S DIDN'T HAVE A FUEL PUMP IT JUST USED THE TRANSFER PUMP IN THE INJECTOR PUMP.   MY QUESTION IS DO I NEED THIS ELECTRIC FUEL PUMP?
  ANY INPUT WOULD DEEPLY APPRECIATED.

YES you do. I think all black bellies had them, it did help.
