I think it's all director at modern Massey Ferguson not Massey Harris. Two completely different animals. Really it's about what's his face at the head of AGCO. I refuse to utter the SOB's name unless I combine it with a derogatory term. I own a 30 Massey and I ranked Massey Harris on my list.

I grew up on Farmalls.  Still have the B, Super C, 2 cubs, 140.  Let our Super M get away some years ago due to cash shortage.  Still kicking myself over that one.  Have 2 John Deere tractors, 2030 and 2640. Have 7 Allis Chalmers, G, 2 Bs, C, CA, WC, WD45.  Have a Massey-Ferguson 240.  Used to have a Massey 135, which was a tough little tractor.  The 240 isn't the tractor the 135 was, even though they are pretty much the same.  Would love to have a JD 70, 720 or 730, just love the sound.  I can't really rank them as I love them all.  Take Care, Rick W.

I like pretty much all of them starting with A-C of course. If it has Massey and/or Ferguson in it's name, I wouldn't pee on it if it were on fire...

I'm shocked that Deere is ranking so low. From posts from the past it amazes me how may AC lovers also own a Deere or two. It took a lot of years for me to swallow my pride and admit to Dad that I actually like the 2 cyl. sound. They are definately "interesting".

I love my D14 more than any of them but Dad's JD A and H seems to bring in a lot of ears.
