I got an Allis Chalmers 645B a month ago. The brakes are completely non functional, leak fluid everywhere, so your good on that part. Seems to really lift and will push pretty good too, ask the fence when the brakes didn't work quite as well as I thought they were going to after going through the gate...ah huh...check the hinge in the center as mine is a little loose and going to get some attention when I get finished planting corn, if it ever dries up around here. What engine is in the one you are looking at, I have read where fiat used different engines in them but owners were able to easily change them over to the allis engine?

I ran one on couple jobs and were a good loader , handled well and dug well , loading trucks with it on job site and could keep up well and tracked well in sand.
Hinge pin wear or sloppy joints is main concern with any loader
