Got a 6060 that the 3pt hitch will not raise, cables all good, just no response at all from the lever,, any help appreciated

Try moving the traction booster lever.

There is a plug on valve body under your seat. Remove plug, under plug is a valve that must seat to lift. Remove this valve and check for any thing under valve keeping it from seating.      MACK

Traction booster lever is froze hasn't moved in years, thanks Mack I'll try that!

If the Traction Booster lever is frozen and hasn't moved in years, I sure hope it's all the way to the rear. Both levers have to be rearward for the hitch to raise.
