Could be multiple things on an old "P-1" processor. Reverse cylinder bars could be removed.......worn helical bars (doesn't take much wear to cause issues).....worn out cylinder bars on the thresher side.....worn or not level concave.......plugged concave........cyl speed in corn shouldn't be over 320 RPM.....maybe 600 in beans.......discharge paddles that are bent back instead of forward........accelerator rolls that are no timed properly ??

what do you have for accelerator roll drive? the early ones had roller chain and could be out of time, newer had gears, but they are adjustable so it could still be out of time.

Are you taking the cage covers off for corn?

What kind of rotor speed? Like said above, inspect bars, discharge paddles, concave, etc.
