I just started running my new to me f2 gleaner in soybeans. I was getting it prepped and noticed a flat steel plate that runs underneath the straw walkers was broke and the front of the straw walker had nothing holding it. I removed it and welded it up and put everything back in.It worked dine for about 20 minutes at most and then I heard banging. The flat piece I welded broke again and so did another one of the walker support pieces. The other 2 are cracked. I am at a loss on what to do. I have 40 acres of beans and need to get this thing working.I attached a pic, The piece hanging down is where it is breaking

THIS IS USUALLY CAUSED BY BENT WALKE SHAFTS - OUT OF TIME DUE TO WARPAGE. Look at the sides of the combine as the cranks rotate - if the bearings move in the flanges or the flanges flex the sides , they are def bent. There was an update to the early walker set back plates to strengthen,,, later plates were heavier. Walker shaft bending is usually caused by worn chopper blades choking up the walkers and bending the shafts. New chopper blades will prevent plugging. No rounded edges are acceptable on the blades.
