I am not sure of the brand. I'll pick it up next week if I can get away. One thing for sure it is not a snap coupler. Needs some work and a wheel. I might not use the wheels and bolt a tongue on instead. ![]() Edited by Dick L - 29 Nov 2016 at 5:19pm |

A team of mini's can pull more than most think. Here is a video of a team the size of my larger team pulling a good sized log. I never let my teams run like this girl is letting hers. |

I would think walking them would be a lot better than running them too!

Mini's seem to want to run even when they are pulling a light cart or trying to lead them. Cloud got out last evening and I got him in a lot with the mares about dark. Being a stud he didn't want to have any part of not checking them out. My walker kept getting bogged in the mud and I gave up as long as he was not loose. I just went up and he had calmed down. I put a lead on him and he walked back down to the barn at my pace beside me and the walker. He spent a lot of hours in a time out tie to a fence post before he decided he had to walk at my pace. I work with them until they seem to know what I want and then tie them to let it soak in. I then see if they remember in an hour or so. If they don't we work it out another time. Some catch on after one time and others it takes a while. The two foal this year caught on real quick.
