   I scanned this booklet, 44 pages.  It is the revised edition--1948.  It is British so I hope they don't come after me for copyright infringement.  I originally had this bookmarked at the Univ of Indiana, but they must have moved it because I couldn't find it there any longer.

If anyone would like a copy, PM Me with your email address.  It will probably work better if it is not a school, or work addy due to the size of the file.  It will be coming from "deskchairsurfer" so keep an eye on your spam folder.  

If I receive numerous requests I will wait a while before sending to make it a mass sending.
