I am playing with the idea of selling my tractor.
Just wondering if anyone knew of a price range I may be looking to get for it.
Here is some information - no picture at this time- Remember not sure I can part with it just yet. Located in Michigan...
All original Allis backhoe and loader with numbers to match.
4 speed - forward and reverse - has tachometer for rpms only.
(5) manuals for this unit (parts lists for loader/backhoe/tractor etc.)
Large 14.9 x 24 tires on rear with (1) spare filled rear tire and rim.
Tires that are on it fair but hold air- or may be loaded now.
22" bucket on backhoe - 1/2 to 3/4yd loader bucket- it's the larger one.
Repainted few yrs ago - all guages work and it runs excellent.
Loader and Backhoe work as they should.
Burns no oil, minor hyd. seals allow boom and outriggers to settle a little.
Bucket stays up- has original working Generator. Power Steering.
Fenders have been repaired few yrs ago - newer decals - all (3) original working lights.
12v positive ground system. I would say it is 95% or more original - looks and runs great - not new, but I would say an 8.5 out of 10.
Again- just wondering what people thought about a value.
Thanks for your time.

I paid $$ 2000 for mine 2 years ago, rusty.slop in hoe side to side & shuttle kicks out.
had 12" & 22" bucket for hoe, tires are rough with some cuts but hold up so far.Had to rebuild fenders as they where rusted out
Has been a sress reliever,as I go out & tinker with it on rainy days, most of mach repainted.Next project is shuttle gear.

I really wish I had the 12" bucket- that 22" sure tears up the yard for small jobs. Did you ever fix the side to side slop in backhoe swing? My son and I were using it the other day and I thought to myself- It's nice to see him on it, I cant sell her.. Memories for the kids. Was thinking about down sizing to a garden tractor with small loader just to move top soil and mulch.

Swing still is wild, most of tractor wire brushed & painted 1 st coat, using ace hardware rust preventer paint cat yellow. Tried tractor supply paint, but finish to shiney.
Have hoe off now to use mach around yard for cleaning up broken/fallin trees from past winter snow
Bought a couple of cheap spray guns at HF to paint with,so far paint looks good.

Hi. Chris,
Sorry for reply a few years late. I bought mine in 2008 for $3000.00 and it was in rough shape. I I came with it was a loader, backhoe 22” and 12” with broken ear. The Main swing ram was leaking bad. The reverse was popping out and the battery was not charging. This was a farmers. I am slowly replacing parts. As far as the swing in the backhoe part there is nothing you cans do. I have taken mine apart and reinstalled and adjusted it and swings the same. |
