My sisters neighbor has a D17 series 3 that she would like to sell.   I went over there tonite and took some pictures of it.  Her husband passed away last year, and her sons brought this tractor home from the other piece of property.  It did run last September when they brought it home, but tonite the battery was dead.  I put it on a trickle charger and will go over this weekend and help her get it going so she can sell it.  Anyways, if everything is good and working on it, what is it worth?  D17 series 3 narrow front.  Front tires are like new and match.  Rear tires are mismatched.  One is very worn, and the other is about 40% and drycracked.  I believe both tires have fluid in them.  Both rear rims are solid and in good shape.  Fenders are rusty and dented, but the rest of the sheet metal is good.   Front tin, and grill screen are in really nice shape.  Still 12 volt positive ground with original generator.  Narrow front, power steering.  I am going to go over there this weekend, and get it running and check out power director clutch and gears/brakes.  If everything is in good working order, what is it worth?  I will probably post it over the weekend on craigslist and YT and try to help the lady sell it.  She is selling off everything that she doesn't need, as her husband passed away and she can't stay where she's at anymore on one income of social security and she's out in the country and doesn't drive anymore.  If anyone is interested in this tractor PM me, and I can put you in touch with the owner or answer any questions as she doesn't know much about it.  Here are the pictures.
