I do not but I can get some measurements next week. They are factory wheels, I just went to wide wheels and tires like a 200.

I doubt it is a 4 in offset. Offset is the distance form the centerline. It may be 4 inch backset.

Looks like 4 1/4” measured from the back of the hub to the wheel rim.

That's not the offset. Offset is the difference between the front and back measurement. Wheel measurements are also to the inside of the bead. You never said what width the wheel is.
