I've deciding to sell this tractor instead of keeping it. D-15 series 2 gasser/snap-coupler/wide front/power steering with 1380 actual hours on a working tachometer. S/n 19014 which makes it a 1964. It has the swing over brake pedal lock on it. I knew the original owner and worked on the tractor back in the early 1980's. He had on 80 acre farm behind his house, so very little roading. He was also the local mailman and didn't use this tractor much at all with a full time job. When he retired and moved to the big city, he sold it to his neighbor who has had it for probably the last 25 years and is now deceased. The second owner did some dumb things with it cosmetically, like using a power washer around the hood decals and whenever he thought a paint scratch on the sheet metal needed attention, he'd just spray bomb it. My taste would be to repaint the tractor or the sheet metal at least. The rear tires are 14.9 x 26 Good Years and are original and I'd say 65 to 70% tread left. They naturally have some age cracks on the surface and a few scars on tread bars, but would last someone a very long time yet because it has always been shedded. Rear tires have fluid and I just installed new valve cores. Old ones were not leaking, but just to be safe. One front tire is ( I believe) original too. The pics will show it still has paint on the carburetor and starter. The bottom seat cushion has been replaced but the backrest is original I think. Muffler has just been replaced (not by me) and is not OEM design. This tractor is so very nice mechanically. Even the generator works !!  Asking $4750.  Here's a chance to own a really low houred 1964 classic A-C tractor !!   Cell 319-360-4788 Thank you.

Look at the seat suspension bushings. That is always an indication of low hours or a really small operator.

$3,750 > Seems no one is interested, so we'll try less money. New Maple Hunter decals are included.

Can’t believe it’s not gone. They are really good tractors, low hours. A nice paint job and you’ve got a great tractor. It would have been gone here in Va were they were popular.
