Hi everybody, I've started work on my G. To call it a restoration would be a rash over statement but I'm shooting for functional anyway. I drained the oil from the trans today and am wondering what I should use for re-fill. Since its a non syncro trans I'm guessing GL-5. Also there seem to be 2 drain plugs, both smelled like gear oil. Are the transmission and transaxle separate or does it just have 2 drain plugs? Can only find one fill plug. I'm a newbie to tractors so am hoping for some more experienced input. Thanks, Steve,,,,
