Been working a carb off a G. I put a new kit, gaskets and needle and seat, but it keeps running over after i shut it off. The float doesnt leak, i tried a different float from another carb, same thing. Tried to adjust float height, still leaks. I am going to try the old needle and seat this afternoon, it doesnt have the rubber tip on the needle and try it.
Any ideas out there? It leaked berore and thats why i got the kit.
Thanks, Randy

Had a carb for a different tractor that leaked. Found that the gasket on the seat was leaking due to a pitted gasket surface. Just something I look for when rebuilding.
